  Been going there for years as i like to support local business, my last visit i had to wait 5 minutes without being acknowledge by the lady serving who was doing something on a computer for a customer, another customer walked in and then was given immediate service, only to be told i was on the wrong end of the counter. This had never been a problem before.

  To the owner, you'll know know me by my purchasing habits, tic tacs, bond street blue and more, your service personally is great but never will I walk into the store when the other staff you have are in there,an example is the one above, other times staff seem to be on the phone and are not helpful.
